Polenta recipe:
- 250 ml chicken stock
- 1/3 cup corn meal
- 2 heaping tsp. Creative Affair
- 1 tbs. olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- bring stock to boil over high heat
- add salt and pepper
- slow add corn meal and constantly stir
- lower heat to low-medium
- cook until thick and smooth constantly stirring
- add oil and stir in
- take off heat and let stand 10-15 minutes
