This recipe makes an excellent, low carbs, low calorie and low sodium dressing.

Salad Dressing:

  • 1 tbs Creative Affair

  • 1-2 tbs Balsamic vinegar

  • 1 tbs olive oil or your favourite oil

  • grated Romano or parmesan cheese

1)   Add all the ingredients except the cheese into a small bowl or dressing bottle.

2) Whisk or shake until thoroughly mixed

3) Pour over your favourite greens and toss

4) Sprinkle cheese and serve

Try adding one or more:

      tomatoes, avocados, olives, sesame seeds, cucumbers, raisins, dried cranberries, walnuts etc.
