remember that these recipes are only guidelines, feel free to experiment and
substitute. I find that keeping notes when I try new recipes is very helpful
and it will allow you to tweak until it’s perfect for you. Also always try a new recipe on yourself

Creative Seafood Pasta
2) Add fish, sauté until cooked, salt to taste and set mixture aside, (see Tips)
3) Cook pasta per instruction on the package and drain
4) Add cooked pasta to Creative Affair/Oil mixture. Toss to coat and serve, garnish with dill or parsley
**Feel free to substitute any fish; tuna, clams, mussels, salmon, etc.
Tips:
Shrimp- reduce Creative/Oil mixture by 1/2 if you added wine, toss in shrimp, stir to coat turn off heat and cover. Let sit until shrimp turn pink, do not over cook.
Tuna- If you use canned tuna drain water and add to Creative/Oil mixture, reduce by 1/2 if you added wine.
Salmon- add boneless salmon and cooked until it flakes
Shell fish-wash clams or mussels and toss into Creative/Oil mixture and cook until shells open
Spices-try adding chill flaks ground pepper and/or curry powder to spice up your pasta.
