Always remember that these recipes are only guidelines, feel free to experiment and substitute. Creative Scrambled Eggs

  1. Add all the ingredients, except the oil, into a bowl and whisk until mixed, don’t make mixture too creamy.
  2. Add oil to frying pan and heat over medium temperature.  Add your egg mixture and stir with a wooden spoon or high temperature rubber spatula

Try adding chopped onions and/or red peppers.  When adding vegetables sauté your veggie before adding egg mixture.  Drizzle extra virgin olive oil, sprinkle fresh dill before serving or any fresh leaf, Celery, parsley, fresh herbs.
