Creative Poached Eggs

  1. Heat oil over medium heat and add Creative Affair and stir into oil, you will get a clumpy mixture.
  2. Turn off heat and side oil mixture aside
  3. Poach your eggs to desired firmness.

Note: Try "Blackened Eggs" See recipe below.

Try serving eggs on toasted English muffins, drizzle some of the Creative oil on the English muffin before seating the eggs.

Blackened Eggs:

  1. place you English muffin or bread in a plate and spread on some Creative Affair
  2. in a small frying pan add your oil over heat, not let it smoke
  3. add your paprika and let it turn black
  4. lower heat and add the rest of your Creative Affair and chilies
  5. turn off heat and set aside
  6. poach eggs in salted water
  7. place eggs on hard bread and pour 1 tsp. of the salting water over the bread and eggs
  8. pour Creative/paprika mixture over the eggs and bread

This dish is usually served spicy so sprinkle some chili flakes over the bread and eggs.

Poaching Tips:

Try adding a tsp. of white vinegar to the boiling water and stir just before dropping in your eggs.  This will pull the egg into the middle and keep the egg from spreading out.  Add a 1/2 tsp. of salt to the water and reserve 1 tps. of water if you're making Blackened eggs...
