Always remember that these recipes are only guidelines, feel free to experiment and substitute. Tuscan Pizza

 

 

  1. *Pre-heat oven to 450°
  2. In a small bowl combine olive oil with Creative Affair and set aside, this will be your pizza topping
  3. Stretch out your pizza dough onto pizza tray
  4. Spread the Creative mixture over the pizza dough
  5. Sprinkle a pinch of salt over the pizza dough
  6. spread shredded cheese
  7. Bake at 450° for approximate 20 minutes or until pizza crust is golden brown

** Instant of pizza dough you can use pre-cooked pizza dough’s, pita or burrito shells as well as wraps.  When not using raw dough bake in the oven until cheese melds, 10-15 minutes.

For ease of stretching make sure the dough is at room temperature.  Also stretch a little at a time.  If dough pulls back after stretching let it rest for a few minutes before stretching again. This will ensure that your pizza has an even thickness.

*Every oven is different and temperatures vary as much as 50 °.  Please check your pizza after 15 minutes to make sure it doesn't over cook.
