Creative Garlic Bread
For decadent Garlic Bread, substitute butter for the Olive oil. If you
want the taste of butter but want something light, try 1/2 and 1/2 butter and
Olive oil.
Croutons:
Cut the bread into smaller pieces and serve as croutons for soup or salads.
For simple croutons, toast plan white or whole wheat sliced
bread and brush with Creative/Oil mixture on both sides and enjoy fresh tasty
croutons in minutes.
