Always remember that these recipes are only guidelines, feel free to experiment and substitute. Creative Garlic Bread

 

  1. mix Oil and Creative Affair together, mixture will be clumpy
  2. cut your bread in half, length wise
  3. toast bread until golden brown
  4. brush Creative/Oil mixture onto bread when it is still hot
  5. let cool and serve

For decadent Garlic Bread, substitute butter for the Olive oil.  If you want the taste of butter but want something light, try 1/2 and 1/2 butter and Olive oil.

Croutons:

Cut the bread into smaller pieces and serve as croutons for soup or salads.

For simple croutons, toast plan white or whole wheat sliced bread and brush with Creative/Oil mixture on both sides and enjoy fresh tasty croutons in minutes.
