remember that these recipes are only guidelines, feel free to experiment and
substitute. I find that keeping notes when I try new recipes is very helpful
and it will allow you to tweak until it’s perfect for you. Also always try a new recipe on yourself

Creative Frittata
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup of milk or cream
- 1/2 tsp. Creative Affair
- 2-3 mushrooms
- ¼ cup onions
- ¼ cup of your favourite peppers
- Canola oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- Whisk eggs and milk until
watery and set aside
- Chop mushrooms and peppers and
set aside.
- Heat oil over high heat and
add veggie, cook until they begin to soften, approx. 3-5 min.
- Add salt and cook until
water from mushrooms dries up
- Lower to medium heat and add
Creative Affair, coat vegetables
- Pour egg mixture over the
vegetables
- Cook frittata over
medium heat until brown on both sides.
Drizzle
olive oil and grate some cheese over the top and serve.
Serve
for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
