Always remember that these recipes are only guidelines, feel free to experiment and substitute. I find that keeping notes when I try new recipes is very helpful and it will allow you to tweak until it’s perfect for you.  Also always try a new recipe on yourself first before trying it out on your guests to ensure success.  If for any reason my recipes do not turn out, please email me at recipes@gffoods.com.

 

Creative Decadent Pasta

 

1)      Put water to boil for pasta and cook as per directions on package while making your sauce.

2)      Sauce: Melt the butter over low-medium heat (3-5) and add Creative Affair, olive oil, wine and stir until the butter is completely melted and sauce appears creamy.

3)      Add drained pasta to sauce and toss until coated, serve warm and top with grated cheese and fresh ground pepper.  

Remember when draining your pasta to keep 1/3 to 1/4 cup of  water incase your pasta is dry or sticky. Add 2 tbs at a time and toss your pasta. Be careful not to add to much water, it shouldn’t form into a pool at the bottom of the bowl.
