remember that these recipes are only guidelines, feel free to experiment and
substitute. I find that keeping notes when I try new recipes is very helpful
and it will allow you to tweak until it’s perfect for you. Also always try a new recipe on yourself

Creative Couscous:
1) pour Couscous into a heat resistant bowl
2) boil water and add Creative Affair, oil and salt
3) pour hot water over the Couscous, stir
4) let soak for 15 minuets
5) once water has absorbed into the Couscous separate with fork
Serve like rice as a side dish or mix in steamed vegetables. Perfect in salads such as Chicken Caesar, Grilled vegetables, Tabbouleh, etc.
Couscous is a coarsely ground semolina pasta. The grain is a staple in many North African countries. Over the last decade, it's cropped up on American menus and dinner tables. Parboiled couscous is now available in many grocery stores.
