remember that these recipes are only guidelines, feel free to experiment and
substitute. I find that keeping notes when I try new recipes is very helpful
and it will allow you to tweak until it’s perfect for you. Also always try a new recipe on yourself
first before trying it out on your guests to ensure success. If for any reason my recipes do not turn out,

Creative Baked Fish
- 4 fish fillets, boneless*
- 1 tsp. Creative Affair
- (1/3 cup butter)
- or
- (1/3 cup olive oil)
- salt and pepper to taste
- pre-heat over to 350°
- If you're using butter,
melt over low heat and add Creative Affair
- if you're using olive oil,
heat over low heat and add Creative Affair
- remove from heat and set
aside
- line baking pan with
aluminum foil or parchment paper
- dip the fish fillets in
the Creative mixture to coat, ensure both sides are saturated
- bake in the oven for 8-15
minutes
- fish should be flake but
be careful not to over cook and dry out fish
drizzle some of the remaining
Creative mixture over the fish and serve
* Use any kind to boneless fish for example; pollack, haddock, halibut, white fish etc.
Note:
- When making the
Creative Mixture you can use 1/2 and 1/2, butter and olive oil
- For heat, sprinkle
with cayenne pepper before put you fish in the oven.
