Always remember that these recipes are only guidelines, feel free to experiment and substitute. Creative Baked Fish

 

 

  1. pre-heat over to 350°
  2. If you're using butter, melt over low heat and add Creative Affair
  3. if you're using olive oil, heat over low heat and add Creative Affair
  4. remove from heat and set aside
  5. line baking pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper
  6. dip the fish fillets in the Creative mixture to coat, ensure both sides are saturated
  7. bake in the oven for 8-15 minutes
  8. fish should be flake but be careful not to over cook and dry out fish

drizzle some of the remaining Creative mixture over the fish and serve

 

* Use any kind to boneless fish for example; pollack, haddock, halibut, white fish etc.

Note:

  1. When making the Creative Mixture you can use 1/2 and 1/2, butter and olive oil
  2. For heat, sprinkle with cayenne pepper before put you fish in the oven.
