remember that these recipes are only guidelines, feel free to experiment and
substitute. I find that keeping notes when I try new recipes is very helpful
and it will allow you to tweak until it’s perfect for you. Also always try a new recipe on yourself

Creative BBQ/Grilled Shrimps
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled/deveined
(tail on or off)
- 2 tsp. Creative Affair
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- salt pepper to taste
- 2 tsps
balsamic or malt vinegar
- wooden skewers
Preparing
your Shrimp
- Soak skewers in water to
keep them from burning on BBQ, plus it cleans the
- Pat dry your shrimps
- In a bowl mix Creative
Affair with oil and vinegar
- Pour enough Creative
mixture over the shrimp to coat. approximatly
1/2 and set aside
- Keep the remain over the
mixture to brush over shrimp while BBQ
- Get BBQ grill hot over high
heat
- Skewer your shrimp, add 5
per skewer as a main disk or side, add 2 shrimp per
- skewer if you are serving
as an appetizer
- Add salt and pepper to
taste
- To prevent shrimp from
sticking to your grill coat a cloth or paper towel with oil, turn off the
heat on the BBQ while wiping the grill, turn on heat on high and add you
skewers of shrimp
- Cook shrimp on high until
seared, approximately 1 min per side, you should see grill marks
- Reduce heat to low and
brush shrimp repeatedly with remaining Creative mixture
- DO NOT OVER COOK, 2-3 to
cook
- Remove shrimp from BBQ and
give one last brushing and serve
You can also let them cool and serve with a salad
Serve with any of the following: Creative Couscous, Creative
Rice, Salad with Creative Dressing, Creative bean salad, Creative pasta
