Creative Mussel Pasta: (Seafood Recipe)
- 500 g string pasta, spaghetti, linguini or fettuccini etc.
- 1 lb of mussels
- 2 tsp. Creative Affair
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup white or cider vinegar
- 1 lemon, sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
- dill (2-3 stems fresh or 1/2 tsp dry, not powder)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3-4 whole, dry hot chili peppers or a sprinkle chili flakes

- wash mussels and set aside in ice cold water
- in a large skillet or pot, big enough for your mussels, remember the shells will open and you will need to cook covered, all the ingredients except the mussels and sauté over medium heat
- stir and cook for 4-8 minutes
- drain the mussels and toss into the pot, turn heat to high and cover with a lid
- cook until shells are fully open and liquid reduces, 15 minuets
- cook pasta as per directions on the package
- remove dill stems before adding pasta
- drain pasta and add to mussels, toss to coat and serve
