Creative Seafood Pasta:
-
450-500g of your favourite pasta
-
1/4 cup Olive oil
or less
-
2 heaping tsp. Creative Affair
-
1
lb shrimp**, peeled and deveined
-
1/4
cup white wine (Optional)
-
salt
1) Heat oil over low-medium heat
and
add Creative Affair, If you decide to use white
wine add it now and stir

Add fish, sauté until cooked, salt to taste and set
mixture aside, (see Tips)
3)
Cook pasta per instruction on the package and
drain
4)
Add cooked pasta to Creative Affair/Oil mixture.
Toss
to coat and serve, garnish with dill or parsley
**Feel free to substitute any
fish; tuna, clams, mussels, salmon, etc.
Tips:
Shrimp- reduce Creative/Oil mixture by 1/2 if
you added wine, toss in shrimp, stir to coat turn
off heat and cover. Let sit until shrimp
turn pink, do not over cook.
Tuna- If you use canned tuna drain water and
add to Creative/Oil mixture, reduce by 1/2 if you
added wine.
Salmon- add boneless salmon and cooked until it
flakes
Shell fish-wash clams or mussels and toss into
Creative/Oil mixture and cook until shells open
Spices-try adding chill flaks ground pepper
and/or curry powder to spice up your pasta.
