Frittata:
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup of milk or cream
- 1/2 tsp. Creative Affair
- 2-3 mushrooms
- ¼cup chopped onions
- ¼ cup of your favourite peppers
- Canola oil
- salt and pepper to taste

Whisk eggs and milk until watery and set aside

Heat oil over high heat and add your veggies, cook until they
begin to soften, approx. 3-5 min.

Add salt and cook until water from mushrooms dries up

Lower to medium heat and add Creative Affair, coat vegetables

Pour egg mixture over the vegetables
-
Cook frittata over medium heat until brown on both sides.
Drizzling some olive oil and grate some cheese over the top before
serving
Serve Frittata for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
