The difference between an omelet and a frittata is in the folding.  An omelet is folded while a frittata is served unfolded.  This dish lends itself to limitless possibilities.  Dice up any leftovers and add the egg wash...Frittata!

Frittata:
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup of milk or cream
  • 1/2 tsp. Creative Affair
  • 2-3 mushrooms
  • ¼cup chopped onions
  • ¼ cup of your favourite peppers
  • Canola oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Whisk eggs and milk until watery and set aside

  2. Heat oil over high heat and add your veggies, cook until they
    begin to soften, approx. 3-5 min.

  3. Add salt and cook until water from mushrooms dries up

  4. Lower to medium heat and add Creative Affair, coat vegetables

  5. Pour egg mixture over the vegetables

  6. Cook frittata over medium heat until brown on both sides.

    Drizzling some olive oil and grate some cheese over the top before
    serving

Serve Frittata for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
