It is believed that the Romans invented the omelet because they were known to be fond of eggs.  However the omelet doesn't appear in history until 1100 in France.   Legend has it that Napoleon was served an Omelet on his travels and he enjoyed it so must that he demanded that it be served to his entire army.  Since then it has become a French classic!  With Creative Affair we have redefined it!
