Adding beans into your diet is easy because of the many varieties and method to prepare them.
 
Try a bean medley with this recipe: chickpeas, black beans, white kidney, black eyed peas, etc.  It will make a great bean salad.

Bean salad recipe:
  • 1 cup of your favourite beans
  • 1 tsp. Creative Affair
  • 3 tbs. oil, (Canola or Olive)
  • 1 tbs. red wine vinegar or you favourite
  • salt to taste

 

  1. For canned beans, wash and drain, Dry beans prepare as per directions on the package and fresh beans cook until tender.
  2. Mix Creative Affair with oil, vinegar  and salt
  3. Put prepared beans in a serving bowl and dressing and toss

 

Garnish bean salad with chopped parsley, onions, chill flakes etc. any thing you like.
